FOMI is the first trading platform built to protect traders

rules. Purpose-built for crypto perpetual futures trading, it
connects to your favorite exchange and enforces your risk
management and strategy in real time. You place the orders;
FOMI enforces the plan: automatic position sizing from risk %,
leverage caps, instant SL/TP with defined R:R, and rule
blocks—3-strike lockout, cooldowns, daily max loss—to stop
impulse mistakes. FOMI also journals every trade and turns
your history into clear performance analytics so you can
iterate, learn, and stay disciplined. Trade your plan, not

No. You place your trades. FOMI is a rules engine and risk
guard that checks each order against your settings (e.g., max
risk per trade, position size/leverage caps, required SL/TP,
daily loss limits, lockouts, allowed pairs).
FOMI Guardian is a feature that monitors your trading activity
and blocks any trades not aligned with your risk management.
It acts as your personal trading guardian in case you lose
your mind, so it prevents you from blowing your account.
FOMI automatically protects you for a bad trading day (e.g.,
three losses in a row). Trading access is restored the
following day at 7:00 AM UTC, when your mind is clear and

Yes. You can choose between 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% or 5% risk per
trade in your profile settings. However, once selected, your
risk setting is locked for 30 days to prevent impulsive

1. Introduction
Welcome to FOMI. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Service
FOMI provides tools to help traders enforce discipline through automated rule-based trading and performance analysis. You agree to use the platform responsibly and acknowledge that all trading decisions remain solely your responsibility.
3. No Financial Advice
All information and features provided by FOMI are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute personalized financial advice.
4. Subscription & Billing
FOMI is a subscription-based service. A monthly fee of $9.99 is charged to access core platform features. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your account settings before the next billing date.
5. API Key Usage
In order to provide its services, FOMI requires read and trade access to your exchange account via API keys. It is solely the user’s responsibility to create API keys with the correct permissions. You must only enable permissions for trading and never for withdrawals. FOMI is not responsible if you fail to configure your API keys correctly, including but not limited to enabling withdrawal permissions or granting excessive access. FOMI does not verify your API permissions and accepts no liability for any misuse or unauthorized actions carried out through your API keys. These keys are stored securely and are used exclusively to retrieve trading data and execute trades according to your predefined rules.
6. FOMI Guardian (Automated Risk Controls)
By enabling Fomi Guardian, you expressly authorize FOMI to review orders and positions on your connected exchange accounts and to send cancel/close instructions on your behalf to enforce the risk settings you configure. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Scope of actions. Guardian may (a) cancel orders that are missing a stop-loss or where the implied risk exceeds your allowed risk-per-trade, and (b) close open positions that violate your settings—including positions without a stop-loss after a short grace period or positions whose risk exceeds your configured threshold.
- Always-on enforcement. Guardian may act even if you are not actively using the FOMI interface and even when you place trades directly on the exchange.
- Best-effort only. Enforcement can be delayed or prevented by market conditions, slippage, partial fills, exchange outages, API rate limits, latency, permission errors, region blocks, or other technical limitations. Guardian does not guarantee prevention of losses or that your settings will always be enforced.
- Your responsibility. You remain solely responsible for all trading activity and outcomes, including any cancellations/closures initiated by Guardian in accordance with your settings.
- Control & revocation. You may disable Guardian in the app at any time or by disconnecting your exchange. If your plan uses month-based enablement, the setting may remain active for the current month and can be changed for the following month.
- Data processing & notices. You consent to FOMI accessing and processing your order/position data to provide Guardian and to logging and displaying (or sending) notices when enforcement actions occur.
- Coverage. Guardian operates only for supported exchanges/instruments and only while valid API keys are connected and permitted to trade.
- No reliance. Guardian is a supplemental safety tool and must not be relied upon as your sole risk control.
- No lost-profits or opportunity claims. You acknowledge that an order canceled or a position closed by Guardian might later have produced substantial profits. FOMI is not liable for missed gains, opportunity costs, or any “lost profits” arising from Guardian’s enforcement actions or from any delays, errors, or failures related to such actions.
7. Platform Availability & US Restrictions
FOMI is not available to users located in the United States due to regulatory restrictions. If you access or use the platform while physically located in the United States, including through the use of a VPN or other masking technologies, you do so entirely at your own risk. FOMI is not responsible for any consequences, legal or otherwise, arising from such usage.
8. Risk Acknowledgment
You acknowledge and agree that all trading involves risk, including the risk of total loss of capital. FOMI does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of data and is not responsible for any losses resulting from errors, omissions, delays, outages, unauthorized access, or any other issues, even if caused by FOMI’s negligence.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FOMI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.
10. No Warranty
FOMI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FOMI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected to your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including software, code, text, images, and design��is the exclusive property of FOMI and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
